In Thai, Baan Deva Montra means ‘the village under the spell of angels’ and during our visit it was easy to understand how it got its name.
Executive Cottage
Although only a fifteen minute drive from Chiang Mai city, this hidden gem of a hotel conveys a sense of space and connection to nature, which instantly struck us as ideal for our Life Change Programmes.
We can offer group and individual Programmes here. The grounds are huge and immensely peaceful. As well as the sheer beauty of a daytime walk, do make use of the star gazing platform, created to allow guests to experience breathtaking views of the sky at night.
Your accommodation at Baan Deva Montra will be in your own 1 or 2-bedroom villa, set in your secluded tropical garden. It is utterly private, offering you a real haven from which to begin your Programme of exploration and life planning. Each Exclusive Pool Villa has an outdoor bathtub, and your bedroom opens onto a terrace with a private Jacuzzi pool and Sala (Gazebo) - perfect for relaxing in the shade.
If you are travelling with your family, this hotel is ideal. The staff are happy to provide mosquito nets with which to turn your private Sala into a tent for children - so that they can spend a night or two camping under the stars.
- The restaurant here offers Thai, Chinese and even some Western food, served in lush tranquil surroundings. You can even take some cooking classes with the chefs..

Flights
Flights vary enormously and it’s really worth shopping around, using comparison sites. At the moment flights from Heathrow to Bangkok in mid January vary between £591 return, direct flight with Thai Airways at Opodo to £528 with one stop with one stop from www.majortravel.co.uk
Bangkok to Chiang Mai with Bangkok Airways, Thailand premier boutique airline are about £38 each way.
Flights are not included in the cost of Life Change Programmes, but we are happy to advise.
